Our founder is passionate about her work and loves helping clients achieve their own business, professional and personal objectives by providing a unique and valuable service as Australia & leading values-based cleaning contractors.
Sharon Rai
Managing Director, Rai Cleaning Services
Sharon left her native country of India in 2004 to build a better life for herself in Australia. After overcoming the initial challenges of migrating to a new country and learning a new language, Sharon commenced working for a cleaning contractor to support herself. Within a short period of time she realised that she could provide a better, more efficient and reliable cleaning service so she started her own company, Rai Cleaning.Sharon built Rai Cleaning on delivering great value to clients and meaningful work for her staff. As someone who had previously worked for other contractors, she is fully aware that many cleaning contractors take advantage of their staff which not only negatively impacts on their dignity, but also negatively impacts their performance.The core business values of Rai Cleaning are based on Sharon own experiences
and desire to create a better world in the best way she knows how.
