THE FULL STORY

Problem → Solution → Outcome

A 3-step journey from a struggling 4.2-star listing to a perfect 5.0 — and 38% more bookings.

1.

THE PROBLEM

A multi-level office building that needed a professional, consistent commercial cleaner

Zack Raja manages a commercial office building in Melbourne’s CBD and needed a cleaning provider capable of handling the scale, frequency, and professional standard required. Previous providers had struggled with consistency — quality was unpredictable, communication was poor, and the building rarely felt maintained to the standard his tenants expected. He needed a reliable, professional commercial cleaner who could provide a competitive quote, deliver on their promises, and become a genuine long-term partner for the building’s ongoing upkeep.

2.

Our Solution

A competitive quote, dedicated support from Sharon, and a seamless ongoing service

From the first enquiry, Zack found the experience with Rai Cleaning different. Sharon, our commercial accounts specialist, responded promptly, provided a detailed and competitive quote, and took the time to understand the building’s specific requirements before proposing a cleaning schedule. The initial service confirmed what the quote promised — a thorough, professional clean delivered by a well-organised team. Sharon remained the dedicated point of contact throughout, handling any adjustments, requests, or questions with efficiency and a personal touch that made the whole process feel effortless.

3.

The Outcome

Spotless building, satisfied tenants, and an ongoing commercial cleaning partnership.

Zack’s office building is now cleaned consistently to a professional standard that his tenants notice and appreciate. The reliable schedule, responsive communication through Sharon, and high-quality results have made Rai Cleaning the building’s long-term cleaning partner. Zack specifically praised the value for money, the quality of service, and the outstanding customer support provided throughout the engagement. He has since extended the contract and plans to continue the partnership for the foreseeable future.

“Had a great experience using Rai Cleaning from the start till finish of the cleaning of my office building. Reasonable quote and great service. Sharon from Rai Cleaning gave us great customer service. Will definitely use her for ongoing cleaning services.”
